Payment methods: You can also use credit card for payment.
Payment timing: Payment will be confirmed at the time of product order placement.

商品のお届け時期

It varies depending on each plan.
Introductory Plan: We will ship within 10 days after payment is confirmed.
One-Time, Six-Month, Annual Delivery Plan: For payments confirmed by the 5th of each month, they will be shipped around the 15th of the same month. Payments confirmed on the 6th or later will be shipped the following month.

Example: Payment confirmed on 9/3 → Shipped around 9/15
Example: Payment confirmed on 9/10 → Shipped around 10/15

Due to system constraints, there may be cases where we notify you of shipment completion before actually shipping. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

返品について

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Please note that cancellation and refund are not available after purchasing the plan. The fee will be processed as a cancellation fee.
